What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight number you give at booking and move the pickup to match the actual landing. A delay caused by the airline costs you nothing extra.

Can we stop in Sinaia or Predeal on the way?

Yes. Add the stop when you book and the price is recalculated on the actual route, rather than as a separate per-stop fee.

Private transfer

Aeroport Otopeni (OTP) - Brașov

Private transfer from Otopeni Airport to Brașov: a fixed price, a driver who tracks your flight and stops on request in Sinaia or Predeal.

The drive from Otopeni Airport to Brașov runs up the Prahova Valley, and how long it takes depends far more on traffic than on distance: the same 153 kilometres take two and a half hours on a Tuesday morning and over four on a winter Friday, when half of Bucharest is heading for the mountains. Give us the flight number and your driver tracks the landing time, leaving when you actually land rather than when you booked.

Distance: 153 km
Estimated time: 2 h 37 min

Distance and time measured on the real route, not estimated in a straight line. Traffic can change them; the price does not.

What the transfer includes

Arrivals-hall pickup, with your name on a sign if you choose meet & greet
Stop in Sinaia, Bușteni or Predeal on request, with no separate stop fee
Room for skis or boards when you tell us at booking

Questions about this route

Between two and a half and three hours in normal conditions. On winter weekends and Friday evenings the Prahova Valley can add an hour or more, and your driver factors that in when setting the departure time.
