Before you book

What you know in advance, on every ride

Four things are fixed the moment you book and stay that way unless you change the booking yourself. They are the same on every route, in Romania and across the border.

The price you see is the price you pay
The fare is calculated on the real route and you see all of it before you confirm. It is not recalculated afterwards: we add no surcharge for night hours, for traffic, or for luggage that fits the class you chose.
Waiting time is included
Your driver waits free of charge for up to 45 minutes from the actual landing, provided you gave us the flight number when booking. For a pickup from an address, up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time. We track the flight, so a delayed plane does not eat into that time. Beyond the free period, waiting may be charged separately.
Free cancellation
You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before the pickup time. If you paid online, the money is returned within 7 working days.
Your confirmation and voucher
You get the booking confirmation by email along with a PDF voucher carrying the booking reference, the time, the pickup point and our assistance number. Show it at pickup or keep it on your phone.
